Voters in Fairview Heights, Illinois have approved a proposal to issue an $800,000 bond to build a multi-purpose building for William Holliday Elementary School. School board officials have chosen to build a Monolithic Dome which will house a gymnasium, performance/stage area and band room for the 500 kindergarten through eighth-grade students at William Holliday School. Construction is expected to begin in early spring and expected to be complete by December 2005.
