Faith Chapel Christian Center Prepares For Expansion

According to Vice President of Monolithic, Gary Clark, Faith Chapel members feel a sense of ownership and pride in their church. Gary said, "In the times I have been there, I have noticed the immaculate condition of the landscaping which is maintained by church members. On Saturday night they take time to be sure the building and landscaping are in top condition by sweeping, trimming bushes and any other needed chores. Other assignments are given to church members and willingly fulfilled."

Church officials, architects, and construction engineers are preparing for construction of six Monolithic Domes which will house the new activity center. The expansion project will cover 130,000 square feet on a 16-acre portion of the 140 acre site.

We will report on their progress as it become available.

The expansion will include:

• 144' dia. dome for children's play area - 6 groupings of Soft Toys and a 50' long Noah's arch
• 144' dia. dome for an Adult Bistro with stage for entertainment and projection on the dome interior for theme atmosphere.
• 144' dia. dome for a Youth Disco with stage for entertainment and projection on the dome interior for theme atmosphere.
• 164' dome for two NBA size basketball courts, fitness rooms, platform for youth services on Sunday. Also 1200 seats size banquets.
• 164' dome for 12 lane bowling alley, commercial kitchen, and food court.
• Connecting lobby with a climbing tower.
